This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who can translate complex business requirements into meaningful Business Intelligence (BI) solutions , support better decision-making, and strengthen reporting capability across the organization. The successful candidate will combine strong technical BI development skills , advanced SQL expertise , and the ability to work confidently with business stakeholders in a regulated, fast-paced environment . Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into BI solutions. Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end business intelligence solutions. Consolidate data from multiple sources to create a reliable single source of truth . Perform relational and dimensional data modelling . Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs. Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across BI solutions. Support continuous improvement of reporting capability and data processes. Mentor and guide junior team members where required.
