Senior Scaffolder Location: UAE Middle East - DubaiContract Duration: One-Year ContractIndustry: Construction / Scaffolding / IndustrialJob Purpose The Senior Scaffolder is responsible for leading complex scaffolding operations, ensuring safe installation and dismantling practices, mentoring junior scaffolders, and maintaining high safety and quality standards on-site.Key Accountabilities Project Execution Lead scaffolding activities from planning through completion. Ensure scaffolding structures meet project and safety requirements. Team Leadership Mentor and guide junior scaffolders. Coordinate site activities and workflow efficiently. Safety & Quality Enforce safety protocols and conduct inspections. Ensure compliance with quality and industry standards. Technical Expertise Provide advanced technical scaffolding support and problem-solving. Adapt scaffolding methods according to project requirements. Duties & Responsibilities Lead scaffolding installation, modification, and dismantling works. Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings. Inspect scaffolding structures for quality and compliance. Provide technical guidance to scaffolding teams. Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and project teams. Mentor junior scaffolders and support skills development. Maintain accurate safety and project records. Resolve technical and operational challenges on-site. General Responsibilities Adhere to company rules, regulations, and QHSE standards. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports and documentation. Minimum Requirements Education High school diploma or equivalent. Recognized scaffolding certification advantageous. Experience Minimum 46 years scaffolding experience. Proven experience leading complex scaffolding projects. Experience in industrial or large construction environments preferred. Technical Skills Advanced scaffolding erection and dismantling knowledge. Strong understanding of scaffolding safety standards and inspections. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Soft Skills Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
