Experience: At least 3 years of experience within the financial services or investments industry. Industry Knowledge: Prior experience at a CAT I FSP, specifically handling investments, long‑term insurance, employee benefits, medical aid, and gap cover. Technical Literacy: High competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Regulatory Awareness: A solid understanding of the Financial Services Industry ecosystem, including FAIS and FICA legislation. Responsibilities Compliance Support: Preparing compliance documentation for client files and audits. Meeting Preparation: Creating policy schedules, investment reports, and physical meeting files for advisor‑client sessions. Client Liaison: Resolving administrative tasks via telephone and online platforms with clients and service providers.
