We are seeking a motivated Information Systems professional (0–5 years experience) to join our IT team in an onsite role based in Cape Town. This position is suited to individuals who want hands‑on exposure to enterprise systems, business applications, and IT operations within a dynamic investment environment. Role Purpose This role supports the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of business‑critical systems used across the organisation. The successful candidate will work directly with users, systems, and IT infrastructure in an onsite environment where responsiveness, collaboration, and problem‑solving are essential. Key Responsibilities Providing onsite support for business applications and users Troubleshooting and resolving system and application issues Supporting day‑to‑day IT operations and service requests Assisting with system configuration, maintenance, and updates Supporting reporting and data extraction for business users Working with business teams to understand system requirements Contributing to system improvements, automation, and process efficiency Documenting systems, procedures, and support processes More experienced candidates will take on greater ownership of systems and more complex operational and improvement initiatives.
