Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling. Generate new equipment, spares, service, and repair sales. Grow the service business by securing service contracts. Track previous services and proactively engage customers for future servicing requirements. Promote workshop repair services. Conduct on-site fault finding and problem-solving. Install, service, and repair vacuum pumps and systems at customer sites. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement growth strategies. Submit accurate weekly and monthly reports. Develop relationships with technicians, engineers, maintenance managers, consultants, contractors, distributors, and end users. Provide regular and accurate feedback to management. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and company procedures. Skills and Competencies Afrikaans as a first language will be advantageous, as many customers prefer to communicate in Afrikaans.
