Source and develop products that align with market trends and customer needs. Conduct at least two buying trips to China per year, plus min of quarterly trips to Johannesburg. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and customers. Requirements: 5-10 years of experience in merchandising, specifically within Softs (bedding, scatters, textiles, etc.), with some exposure to Hards Proven ability to grow product categories and drive sales. Highly self-motivated, dynamic, and assertive, with a sales-driven mindset. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with both suppliers and customers. Willingness to travel internationally and locally as required.
