We're looking for a reliable and people-focused IT Support Technician to be the first point of contact for all technology-related queries. You'll keep our people productive by resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues quickly and efficiently. Requirements Matric (Grade 12) Relevant IT qualification (A+, N+, or equivalent) 1–3 years of experience in a helpdesk or desktop support role Solid working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude Experience with a helpdesk ticketing system (e.g. Freshservice, Jira, ServiceNow) advantageous Drivers licence and own reliable transport Key responsibilities Log, triage, and resolve 1st and 2nd line support tickets Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals Support users on Microsoft 365, Windows, and internal systems Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members Maintain accurate records in the helpdesk ticketing system #J-18808-Ljbffr
