Key Responsibilities: Building and maintaining a consistent new business pipeline across group products Onboarding new clients through lead generation, cold calling, referrals and new origination channels Cross-selling and structuring lending solutions (standalone or combined products) Attending client meetings, presenting solutions, and closing deals Managing your pipeline to meet budget, profitability and credit quality targets Working closely with internal sales, credit, operations and finance teams Ensuring full compliance with credit, legal and FICA requirements Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ proven sales experience, preferably in lending or financial services Strong understanding of secured and unsecured lending, credit risk and financial statements Confident in cold calling, sourcing new business and closing deals Comfortable engaging at senior and head-office level Solid CRM and Microsoft Office experience Self-motivated, disciplined and results-driven Should you meet the above requirements, please upload your CV to our website (CVS VIA EMAIL WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED) All suitably qualified candidates are encouraged to apply and will be considered.
