Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field Postgraduate qualification or MBA advantageous Minimum 10 years’ experience in metallurgical plant operations At least 5 years’ experience in a senior management role within kiln or processing plant operations Strong understanding of kiln processes, process optimisation, and plant maintenance Knowledge of SHEQ standards and relevant legislation Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills Experience managing budgets, production targets, and performance improvement initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
