Recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator in the Airline / Freight Industr y Qualifications: Higher Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Sales and Marketing or Supply Chain Minimum Experience: 2 Years experience in the Airline and Freight industry 1 Year experience in a marketing role Regulated Training: Part 108 Level 2 Aviation Security Dangerous Goods Category 6 Responsibilities: Marketing and Brand Management Develop marketing plan for the company to maximise visibility of the company and service offerings and to build brand awareness. Design, develop and implement content for electronic notice boards and company branding, promotional material and websites. Plan sales and advertising campaigns. Write and proofread creative copy. Arrange and coordinate team building and customer functions, to give effect to the business development plan. Co-ordinate promotional activities and events. Maintain Websites and track data analytics. Manage production and performance of multimedia content. Participate in conferences and other events as a representative to the company and make contact with industry leaders while networking. Negotiate advertising contracts (price, duration, and terms of contract) to ensure that the contract is mutually beneficial for both parties. Compile reports to guide and support marketing related efforts. Research and Analyses Conduct market research to obtain information which may be used to develop service offerings. Conduct market research to obtain information relating to specialised industries and commodities which may be used to develop service offerings. Perform in-house, competitor and market analyses Communication Write up and distribute internal communication as and when requested by various departments and branches to ensure accurate and timeous distribution of important information. Implement continues improvements to enhance internal communication. Update databases and CRM system Administration Administrative Tasks to ensure smooth operations within the marketing department. This may include managing schedules, organizing meetings and events, maintaining files and databases, handling correspondence, and preparing reports or presentations.
