This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for someone who can translate real-world experiences - events, environments, products and client moments - into compelling digital storytelling, meaningful brand engagement and long-term client loyalty. Working closely with the Group Experience Director, this role sits at the intersection of marketing, experience and brand. Key Responsibilities Lead content creation and brand storytelling across the group Oversee digital marketing platforms including websites, social media, email, and campaigns Extend the impact of events and experiential projects through content and engagement Develop client engagement and loyalty initiatives Support alignment and consistency across multiple brands and businesses Manage marketing systems, suppliers, reporting and performance tracking Support the onboarding and integration of new businesses into the group What We’re Looking For Strong creative and visual judgement A deep appreciation for premium brand experience and attention to detail Experience in hospitality, experiential marketing, luxury, lifestyle, interiors, events, or design-led brands Strong digital marketing and content understanding Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills Someone proactive, collaborative, highly organised and solutions-driven A marketer who understands how brands make people feel - not just how they look Requirements 8–10+ years marketing experience Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and integrated campaigns Experience in content-led marketing and brand storytelling Driver’s license and own transport essential This is a full-time, in-office role based in Cape Town.
