Role Overview A senior operational leadership role responsible for the day-to-day management of a luxury safari lodge, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional guest experiences, and strong team leadership across all departments within a five-star hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily lodge operations across all departments for smooth and efficient functioning Enhance and innovate guest experiences while maintaining brand standards and lodge identity Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and returning guests Ensure all operational tasks and action lists are completed within budget and timeframes Support Heads of Departments in achieving and exceeding guest satisfaction targets Identify training needs across departments and implement structured development plans Monitor and evaluate staff performance and ensure continuous improvement Promote a strong guest-centric culture throughout the lodge Coordinate guest delight activities with butlers, guides, housekeeping, and management teams Assist with monthly operational planning including staffing, training, and guest requirements Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in a 5-star lodge or luxury hospitality environment Strong background in guest interaction and multi-department team management Hospitality or Business Management qualification advantageous Excellent command of English (written and spoken) Confident, professional, and warm personality suited to high-end clientele Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure Package Includes Live-in accommodation Competitive salary (negotiable DOE) Opportunity to manage a prestigious luxury safari lodge Exposure to high-end safari operations and guest experience management Career growth and professional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
