Manage the Winners Circle desk, drive sign-up numbers, design and maintain the promotional and event calendar, and lead the Guest Relations team. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Relevant Degree or Diploma At least 5 years experience in a Marketing management role, preferably in gaming, hospitality, or entertainment Proven track record in a similar role Proficient in MS Office 365 Strong analytical thinking, innovation, and creativity Good organisational and administrative skills Prepared to work shifts and in a smoking environment Gaming licence required from relevant provincial gaming board Key Responsibilities Winners Circle Desk Manage the Winners Circle desk and lead the Guest Relations Officers team Sign-up guests and handle queries using Bally CMP and Cage programmes Drive database hygiene constantly updating and fixing information Drive sign-up numbers based on 15% drop-off rate Promotions & Promotional Execution Execute approved promotions and promotional strategy at the property Attend the majority of large-scale gaming events, draws, and activations Build promotional and direct marketing campaign activity in conjunction with the Central Marketing Team Design, plan, and maintain the promotional and event calendar for the property Draw up promotional documents in terms of approved templates Obtain Gaming Board approval for all promotions Ensure all promotion elements (décor, ticketing, MC announcements, collateral, entertainment) meet standards How to Apply
