Design learning paths and structured e-learning programs. Manage and maintain LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas). Troubleshoot LMS technical issues and monitor learner progress. Create and edit multimedia elements like audio, video, and graphics. Develop and analyse assessments to improve course design. Conduct usability testing for course functionality and clarity. Stay updated on e-learning trends and implement feedback for continuous improvement. Experiment with new teaching methods and technologies like VR or gamification. Manage e-learning projects, timelines, and deliverables. Report monthly on training conducted, planned, and feedback received. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (education, instructional design, IT). 5-6 years of related experience.
