REQUIREMENTS Matric, Experience in similar role required Experience in Financial administration, bookkeeping, Payroll and Human resources Attention to detail and accuracy Strong reconciliation skills Confidentiality and integrity Time management and organizational skills Knowledge of SARS and labour legislation Proficiency in Sage Payroll, accounting systems, Excel and banking platforms DUTIES Manage the full finance function, including debtors, creditors, bank reconciliations, journals, VAT, fixed assets, and financial reporting. Process and administer weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and statutory submissions. Maintain employee records and provide HR administration support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, and compliance. Administer employee benefits, including pension funds, group risk, UIF, and Compensation Fund processes. Oversee petty cash administration and reconciliations. Prepare management reports and ensure compliance with all statutory, payroll, tax, and labour legislation requirements. Support month-end, year-end, budgeting, audit, and reporting processes. Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential financial and employee information. Assist with continuous improvement of finance, payroll, and administrative processes and provide general support to the business as required.
