A leading player within the financial services space is looking to appoint a Management Accountant to partner closely with operational leadership teams and provide strategic financial support across the business. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially-minded finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and partnering with stakeholders to drive business performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts Partner with operational heads to provide financial and commercial insights Monitor expenditure against approved budgets and identify variances Conduct financial analysis and interpret trends to support decision-making Perform cost and ratio analysis to improve efficiencies and profitability Assist with budgeting processes, cost centre allocations, and forecast revisions Prepare and coordinate financial reporting in line with IFRS and company policies Investigate financial anomalies and ensure the accuracy and completeness of data Maintain compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and reporting standards Support continuous process improvements within the finance function Requirements: BCom Degree in Accounting / Finance / Management Accounting CIMA qualification advantageous Minimum 2 years’ experience within a management accounting role Financial services industry exposure advantageous Strong understanding of IFRS, VAT, and financial reporting principles Advanced Excel and strong systems experience Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
