Maintenance Practices Ensure maintenance best practices are implemented and adhered to, in collaboration with the site-based engineering team. Budget Management Compile and motivate plant-specific operational and capital expenditure budgets. Reporting Compile and submit reports and relevant documentation in line with business requirements. Cost Control Control all operational costs within budget; report variances with reasons and propose corrective actions. Safety, Health, Environment, and Risk (SHEQ) Promote a culture that ensures adherence to SHEQ standards and compliance with statutory and group risk control policies and procedures. Quality Assurance & Control Promote a culture where manufacturing to quality specifications is a priority and ensure an effective quality control program is in place and followed. Customer Satisfaction Manage and support quality assurance processes to ensure adherence to standards and conformance to customer requirements. Requirements Formal Qualifications BSc / BTech Degree in Engineering, or National Diploma in Engineering. Work Experience Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the Converting Plant. At least 5 years in a senior management position. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Computer literacy and strong risk management capabilities. Practical knowledge of Project Management (desirable). Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or a related industry.
