Cartrack, a world-leading smart mobility Software-as-a-Service tech company operating across 23 countries, is looking for a commercially minded Creative Lead to drive impactful, performance-focused campaigns across paid, organic, and offline channels. Lead the development of creative concepts for organic, paid and offline campaigns . Translate business and marketing objectives into clear creative direction. Paid advertising campaigns Organic social and content Events and offline brand activations Ensure creative work is impactful, commercially relevant and aligned to performance goals. 2. Team Management Manage and develop a team of designers, videographers and copywriters. Set clear expectations for quality, turnaround times and output. Provide regular feedback, coaching and creative guidance. Allocate work effectively across the team based on priorities and strengths. Build a high-performance creative culture focused on ownership and improvement. 3. Brand & Quality Control Act as the guardian of brand standards across all creative outputs. Ensure consistency in tone, visual identity and messaging across all channels and markets. Review and approve creative work before release. Continuously refine and evolve brand guidelines where needed. 4. Campaign & Content Execution Oversee production of: Paid ad creatives (digital and offline) Social media content (organic and performance-driven) Video content and storytelling Sales and marketing collateral Ensure creative supports campaign performance and commercial objectives. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver creative that drives results. Bring proactive ideas for campaigns, content and brand building. Identify trends, formats and creative opportunities across platforms. Experiment with new formats and approaches to improve engagement and conversion. Balance creativity with performance and scalability. 6. Workflow & Operations Implement and manage structured creative workflows and timelines. Ensure efficient briefing, production and delivery processes. Manage creative calendars and output planning. Ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality. Proven track record of executing creative quickly and at a high standard in a fast-paced environment. Strong bias toward action — able to move fast, make decisions and get work out , not wait for perfect conditions. Experience leading or coordinating designers, videographers and copywriters to deliver against tight timelines. Comfortable managing high output and high expectations across multiple channels (paid, organic and offline). Strong creative judgment with the ability to approve, refine and ship work quickly . Able to take rough ideas or business objectives and turn them into clear creative direction immediately . Highly organised and structured — can manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders without slowing momentum. Commercially minded — understands that creative exists to drive results, not just look good. Confident pushing for higher standards while still ensuring speed of delivery. Hands‑on when needed — willing to jump in, solve problems and unblock the team to keep work moving. Strong communicator who can align marketing, sales and leadership quickly to avoid delays.
