Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure exceptional guest service and maximise customer satisfaction Assist in increasing restaurant sales and revenue Supervise and manage casual and permanent restaurant staff Assist with opening and closing procedures of the restaurant and storerooms Support stocktaking processes for operating equipment and Food & Beverage stock Ensure accurate billing and charging according to function sheets Maintain high operational and service standards at all times Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience within a 4* or 5* hospitality environment Strong guest relations and communication skills Computer literate in MS Office and Micros Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Own accommodation within George or surrounding areas Well-presented, energetic, and guest centric Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operational requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
