Location: (Your City / Remote)Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for staff experiencing technical difficulties, handling everything from troubleshooting to hardware/software maintenance. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, or in-person. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other devices. Support staff with Microsoft Office, email, and business applications. Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff. Keep accurate logs of IT requests and solutions. Requirements Diploma or certificate in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 1–2 years’ experience in IT support/helpdesk (entry-level grads welcome). Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer service abilities. Preferred (Nice-to-Haves) Experience with Active Directory & basic server support. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace). A+ or N+ certifications.
