Role Overview The successful candidate will take ownership of full financial accounting functions within a manufacturing setting, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and support for operational decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities Full function financial accounting and reporting Preparation of monthly management accounts General ledger reconciliations and balance sheet integrity Cost accounting support within a manufacturing environment Budgeting and forecasting assistance VAT, tax and statutory compliance Fixed asset register management Support year-end audit processes Collaboration with operations and retail teams to ensure accurate financial tracking Minimum Requirements BCom Degree in Accounting / Financial Accounting or equivalent Completed SAIPA or SAICA Articles (NON-NEGOTIABLE) 35 years post-article experience Proven experience in a manufacturing environment (essential) Retail exposure advantageous Strong understanding of cost accounting principles Experience working on accounting systems (ERP exposure beneficial) Key Attributes High attention to detail and strong analytical ability Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment Strong problem-solving and commercial mindset Ability to work independently while engaging cross-functionally Deadline-driven with strong organisational skills Whats on Offer Opportunity to grow within a dynamic manufacturing and retail business Exposure to full financial function with operational involvement Stable and well-established organisation 📍 Location: RoodepoortIf you meet the above requirements and are ready for your next career move, we would love to hear from you.
