We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic IT team. The Senior Enterprise Architect will be responsible for defining and maintaining the enterprise architecture strategy, standards, and roadmaps. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, technology trends, and the ability to translate business needs into robust, scalable, and cost-effective technology solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive digital transformation and ensure alignment between business objectives and IT initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and communicate the enterprise architecture strategy, principles, and standards. Design and oversee the implementation of technology solutions that align with business goals and architectural standards. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and architectural patterns to enhance business capabilities and drive innovation. Collaborate with IT and business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into actionable architectural roadmaps. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices. Analyze existing systems and infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement, optimization, and modernization. Develop and manage architectural documentation, including blueprints, diagrams, and models. Ensure the security, scalability, reliability, and performance of enterprise systems. Mentor and guide junior architects and technical staff. Facilitate architectural review boards and decision-making processes. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide architecture strategies. Deep understanding of various architectural domains: Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, and Technology Architecture. Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture. Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, API design, and middleware technologies. Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to think strategically and translate complex technical concepts into business value.
