This is an excellent opportunity for a mature and responsible hospitality professional who thrives in a remote bush environment and is passionate about guest service excellence, wildlife, and conservation. Package & Benefits Competitive remuneration package Single live-in accommodation (unfurnished) Provident fund and medical aid included Key Responsibilities Operate the lodge switchboard and manage communication channels Handle shop sales and administration processes Manage booking requests and member correspondence Oversee inventory and stock control, including orders and purchases Perform administrative tasks including invoicing and reporting Deputise for the Housekeeping Manager in his or her absence Minimum Requirements Previous experience in hospitality and/or front office management Strong communication skills (fluent in Afrikaans and English) Proficiency in Pastel Accounting (including Point-of-Sale) and MS Office Excellent administrative and organisational abilities with strong attention to detail Passion for wildlife, conservation, and guest service excellence Valid driver’s licence Valid First Aid certificate This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with strong organisational skills and a passion for hospitality to take on a leadership role in a luxury lodge environment.
