At the core of our “Access to Markets” offering is iHive - a growing digital platform and B2B marketplace that connects over 500 corporate investors with verified black-owned suppliers. The Role We are looking for a Head of iHive to lead the growth, strategy, and operations of our digital platform and supplier marketplace. This role is focused on driving platform adoption, user engagement, and marketplace growth across both corporate clients and supplier networks. You will lead a small team and play a key role in shaping the future of a B2B digital platform within the B-BBEE and supplier development ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategy, growth, and ongoing development of the iHive digital platform Drive platform adoption and marketplace growth among corporate clients and suppliers Develop and execute B2B marketing and digital growth strategies Manage and mentor a cross-functional team (developer and portal assistant) Enhance the platform’s user experience, functionality, and engagement Build and track performance metrics, reporting, and growth forecasts Work closely with stakeholders to facilitate supplier development and procurement opportunities Engage with clients to drive usage aligned with B-BBEE and procurement objectives Drive measurable growth in platform usage, engagement, and transactions What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in: o B2B marketing, sales or marketplace growth o Stakeholder or client-facing roles Working knowledge of B-BBEE, procurement, or supplier development Proven experience in driving adoption of a digital platform or product Strong project management and organisational skills Digital strategy and platform growth mindset Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to analyse data and drive performance optimisation High attention to detail in CRM and reporting environments Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Not required but would be an added benefit A general knowledge of debt and equity investments An ability to review and understand financial statements Why Join Inyosi Work at the intersection of digital innovation, impact, and transformation Lead the growth of a purpose-driven B2B marketplace platform Engage with a wide network of leading corporates and suppliers Opportunity to shape and scale a strategic digital product #J-18808-Ljbffr
