Role Requirements BCom Accounting Degree or equivalent qualification (Essential) Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles will be advantageous Minimum 5 years’ post-articles experience within a multi-entity environment Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS compliance Proven experience in general ledger management, reconciliations, taxation, and fixed assets Exposure to ERP systems and ERP migrations, with Sage300 experience advantageous Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to manage large data sets Strong technical accounting and reconciliation skills High attention to detail and strong control orientation Strong process documentation and analytical abilities Ability to manage operational accounting responsibilities alongside project-based work Strong communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills Proactive and solutions-driven mindset Strong organisational and time management capabilities Key Performance Areas Accuracy and completeness of monthly financial reporting and reconciliations Effective management of core accounting functions, including cash, tax, and assets Quality and timeliness of balance sheet reconciliations Successful support and implementation of ERP migration activities Completion and quality of process mapping and documentation Successful adoption and implementation of Sage300 processes Compliance with IFRS and internal governance standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
