Description The HEINEKEN Global Graduate Programme (GGP) is a structured three-year graduate programme designed to develop future leaders within the Commerce team. The programme includes three six-month rotations, with opportunities to gain cross-functional experience in South Africa and an international assignment. Graduates will receive mentorship, leadership exposure, learning opportunities, and hands‑on project experience before transitioning into a management role. Responsibilities Participate in rotational assignments across the Commerce team Gain experience in business operations, company strategy, and culture Complete cross‑functional assignments to broaden business understanding Participate in international placement opportunities Lead business projects and contribute to strategic execution Develop stakeholder and change management skills Engage in mentorship and leadership development programmes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related field Maximum of 1-year post‑graduation experience (new graduates preferred) Legal right to work in South Africa Willingness to travel and global mobility for international assignment #J-18808-Ljbffr
