Working closely with our experienced recruitment team, you will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition strategies, candidate sourcing, and client engagement within the dynamic tech industry. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with recruiters to understand client requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Utilise various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify and attract high-quality candidates. Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit. Assist in coordinating interview schedules and managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our ATS system. Contribute to the enhancement of our candidate experience and employer branding efforts. Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed. Requirements: 1+ Years of hands-on recruitment experience Strong sales ability with business development experience Genuine interest in the technology industry and talent acquisition. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Ect). Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Hands-on experience in technology recruitment and talent acquisition. Exposure to South Africa's vibrant tech ecosystem and leading tech companies.
