Our client, a Property Investments company, seeks a Senior Accountant to join their dynamic Student Portfolio team, who can start Immediately or as soon as possible at their offices in Stellenbosch. Must live in or around Stellenbosch Area. Must preferably be available immediately! Salary: R40,000 – R50,000 per month, depending on experience. Job Purpose: In this role, you’ll work closely with and report directly to the Financial Manager, gaining hands‑on exposure to a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas matter and your growth is a priority. Requirements: Grade 12 Accounting degree (advantageous) 2-3 years related experience Working knowledge of MDA system (advantageous) Intermediate excel skills MS Office Valid License and Own Transport Duties include, but are not limited to: Daily processing tasks for more than one entity in the student portfolio Bring financial data from different systems into MDA (accounting software) Prepare Management Accounts monthly Compare Actual and forecast and budget, able to explain differences Prepare VAT calculations, reconcile VAT differences and gather info for SARS queries Prepare audit folders annually Prepare and maintain Cash Flow Forecast Prepare tax computations Prepare/review Annual Financial Statements #J-18808-Ljbffr
