Bookkeeper position available in Stellenbosch. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day finance and accounting administration functions. Process payments and manage payment runs. Invoice tenants, property owners, and suppliers. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare monthly financial summaries and reports. Process VAT submissions and related compliance tasks. Post month-end and year-end journals. Prepare annual financial reports for property owners. Support general finance administration and ad hoc accounting duties. Work closely with property managers and management teams. Requirements: Solid understanding of basic accounting principles. VAT processing and submission experience. Exposure to property management accounting preferred. Previous experience as an Assistant Accountant, Finance Administrator, or Bookkeeper. Sage and Xero experience would be beneficial. Experience using PayProp advantageous. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organisational and time-management skills.
