About the Role This role focuses on servicing, retaining, and growing an existing client base , while identifying new business opportunities. You’ll also provide hands-on training to clients on product usage, safety, and best practices within retail and food service environments. ? Key Responsibilities Manage and service an existing portfolio of clients Build strong relationships to retain and grow accounts Identify and pursue new business opportunities Achieve and exceed sales targets Introduce and promote new products within your client base Train customers on product application, dilution, and safe handling Report on new business prospects and market activity Ensure accurate and timely administration and reporting ? Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical sales or service role Industry experience in retail and/or food service environments is highly advantageous Experience in the chemical or hygiene industry is beneficial Strong presentation and client training skills Matric (Grade 12) required Diploma in Sales/Marketing (advantageous) Computer literate Valid driver’s license ?
