Responsibilities and Qualifications Develop and enhance management account packs and reports to changing business needs Work with global finance teams to implement, improve and execute an efficient month end close Ensure that all management accounts are done timeously and in line with audit requirements Source, interpret, challenge and prepare commentary for monthly consolidated finance report Contribute to the quarterly board pack Assist with the group consolidation Prepare for statutory, internal and SOX audits Contribute to the drafting of annual budgets Assist with preparing 6-K and 20-F forms for publication on the Nasdaq as well as the AFS CA(SA) preferred due to technical nature of consolidations and IFRS reporting SOX exposure would be advantageous Some work experience in group accounting, consolidations or reporting is preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Analytical ability Emotional intelligence and assertiveness Strong administration skills Good communicator MS Excel (Advanced Level) #J-18808-Ljbffr
