Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and VoIP. Experience with firewall and switch configuration. Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and customer‑focused mindset. Strong English communication skills; ability to work independently. IT certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified, ITIL). Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems and ITSM practices.
