Responsibilities Assisting the Consulting Manager with the day-to-day running of the portfolio Employer support - administration employer queries, identify and accommodate training Service providers - ongoing engagement with service providers where required Manco - schedule meetings and co-ordinate with service providers, prepare Manco agenda packs and minutes Renewal - managing of the renewal process - gathering of data, member communication and updating of member booklets and presentations Member support - share communication, present at member inductions and members near retirement webinars, attend to all member queries Qualifications Minimum experience - 3 years in a similar role (Manco experience is key) Employee benefits management / industry experience Strong understanding of Retirement fund related legislation RE5 qualification RE1 qualification Proficient in MS Powerpoint Strong administrative skills Well organised and ability to multitask Experience with excel at intermediate level Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport If you have not heard back from us within 21 days, please consider your application unsuccessful #J-18808-Ljbffr
