The position combines Scrum Master responsibilities with hands‑on technical oversight, stakeholder management, and end‑to‑end project coordination to ensure successful delivery of high‑quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Plan and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, etc.). Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, promoting continuous improvement and Agile values. Participate in PI Planning and align delivery with product vision and roadmap. 2. Technical Delivery Management Oversee iteration planning, execution, and release management. Coordinate technical resources, manage dependencies, risks, and impediments. Ensure deliverables meet quality, documentation, and budget requirements. Blend Agile and traditional project management methods where appropriate. 3. Technical Team Leadership Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and enforce coding standards. Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure technical excellence. Promote knowledge sharing and stay updated on emerging technologies. Act as key liaison with customers, ensuring needs and expectations are met.
