This role requires a motivated leader with strong strategic, operational and people‑management skills. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop the sales team to achieve daily, monthly and annual targets. Implement effective sales strategies, promotions and forecasts. Manage key accounts and ensure exceptional customer experience. Analyse sales performance, monitor KPIs and oversee the team's debtor's book. Work closely with accounts, operations and procurement to streamline processes. Oversee Pastel processing, pricing accuracy and sales administration. Recruit, train and onboard new sales staff. Maintain high service standards and resolve escalated customer issues professionally. Support continuous improvement by refining systems, processes and documentation.
