Key responsibilities: Deliver technical training to teams, distributors, resellers, and installers Conduct product demos and workshops Develop and maintain training materials and documentation Train partners on setup, configuration, and applications Support sales with technical product knowledge Provide field-based training and support Relay market feedback and insights to product teams Ensure consistent understanding of product capabilities across channels Non-negotiable requirements: 3 5 years proven hands-on experience in networking, ICT, or hardware-based technical environments Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (routers, switches, access points, IP systems) Experience delivering technical training or product enablement Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences Experience working with installers, resellers, ISPs, or distribution environments Strong communication and presentation skills
