Responsibilities Assist senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning filters, lubricating motors, and replacing worn components Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues and assist with repairs Support the installation of new HVAC equipment and systems Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures Communicate effectively with team members and clients Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Participate in training and professional development programs as required Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HVAC or related field preferred Familiarity with hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required #J-18808-Ljbffr
