Responsibilities Identify ways to support specific safety, health & sustainability opportunities and risks and ensure that these are included in inquiries and contractual documentation relating to the allocated portfolio Responsible for developing relevant category strategies, support input to business cases, plans to ensure the security of supply, the advancement of supplier partnering that drives innovation and value, compiling and executing sourcing events, support negotiations, and establishing and executing contracts. Commercial Value Delivery & Supplier Partnering Sourcing & Contracts Management Inclusive Procurement Physical Supply Chain Supply Chain Excellence Support cross-functional team interactions with internal stakeholders to execute category management activities Governance & Compliance Requirements Must be willing to work on a 12-month contract Bachelor degree level or equivalent, alternatively relevant tertiary qualification and proven track record of extensive practical experience in a role and context of similar complexity Good technical knowledge across the SC value chain Ability to integrate Commercial, PSC, Supplier Management & Purchasing sub-disciplines Safety & Sustainability as it relates to Supply Chain & Inclusive Procurement Good commercial, negotiation and deal-making, business case development, investment appraisal Category Management, sourcing & contracting with a Total Cost Ownership approach Supplier Relationship Management Business Planning, Business Case development Working knowledge of regional and local Inclusive Procurement requirements Benefits Salary: Market Related Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
