Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administrator to support a Senior Financial Advisor. This is an entry-level role with strong growth potential, ideal for someone looking to build a career in financial services and administration Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Diary Management Manage and coordinate the Financial Advisor’s calendar, appointments, and meetings Schedule client consultations and follow-ups efficiently Follow upon queries, applications, and service requests Assist existing clients with policy-related requests, including: Changes to banking details Beneficiary updates Address and personal detail updates Income reviews and annuity adjustments Policy withdrawals and amendments Ensure all client queries are handled professionally and timeously Meeting Preparation Prepare client meeting packs and relevant documentation ahead of schedule appointments Ensure all compliance and supporting documents are in place Work closely with the paraplanner to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery Contribute positively as part of a team environment Learning & Development Proactively engage in courses and learning opportunities related to financial products and services Stay updated on new product offerings and industry developments Matric Any Formal qualification will be advantageous Experience 1-2 years Administration experience Strong attention to detail Professional and respectful client engagement Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Willingness to learn and grow within the financial services industry Team player with a positive attitude High level of integrity and accountability Basic administrative experience (advantageous but not required) Strong organisational and time management skills Good communication skills (verbal and written) Multilingual ability, with proficiency in vernacular languages preferred The NMG SA Group of Companies are authorised financial service providers t/a NMG Benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
