Client & Candidate Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and UK-based healthcare clients. End-to-End Recruitment Process : Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and interviewing to placement and onboarding. Compliance & Documentation : Ensure candidates meet UK regulatory and compliance standards, including visa requirements and licensing. Database & CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, job orders, and recruitment activities. Sales & Business Development : Develop new client relationships, manage existing accounts, and drive revenue growth. Market Research & Strategy : Stay informed about UK healthcare recruitment trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Education & Experience Education : A relevant degree or diploma is beneficial but not essential.
