The position is onsite/hybrid based in Cape Town CBD Role Overview The company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing initiatives across digital channels. This role is suited to a mid-level professional with at least 3 years of experience, ideally within the financial services industry, who combines strong execution ability with creativity and a proactive mindset. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand awareness, client acquisition, and engagement through well-coordinated and data-informed marketing activities. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid media, email, and social media Manage day-to-day performance of campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives Monitor campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance Content & Creative Development Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop engaging marketing content Contribute to content ideation aligned with financial market trends and audience needs Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements Market Awareness & Brand Growth Support initiatives to strengthen brand presence in the South African market Assist in the localisation of global campaigns to suit regional audiences Identify opportunities for growth within digital channels and emerging platforms Stakeholder & Agency Coordination Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales and compliance teams Liaise with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaigns Reporting & Insights Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using relevant tools Translate data into insights to inform future marketing strategies Maintain regular reporting cadence for internal stakeholders Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Minimum of 3 years experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on digital channels Prior experience within the financial services or fintech industry is an advantage Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, email marketing platforms, analytics tools) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns
