Key Duties and Responsibilities Support full lifecycle ERP implementations – from requirements analysis through to post-go-live support Configure and optimise finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting) Map and streamline information flows between ERP and business systems Identify inefficiencies and re-engineer processes to reduce manual effort Assist with ERP migration initiatives (e.g., NAV 2016 to modern platforms) Systems Integration Design and maintain API-driven integrations across enterprise platforms, including ERP, Workday, Sage Payroll, Salesforce/HubSpot, ServiceNow, and media systems Perform data mapping, validation, and reconciliation Troubleshoot and resolve data flow and integration challenges Data & Reporting Enablement Build and support Microsoft Fabric pipelines and structured reporting frameworks Work with Azure data services (Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse) Enable robust Power BI reporting across Finance, HR, and Operations Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards Automation & AI Enablement Contribute to AI initiatives leveraging Azure OpenAI and Copilot Implement workflow automation using Power Automate and Logic Apps Enhance data readiness for advanced analytics and AI use cases Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (B.Com Finance advantageous) Minimum 5 years’ experience in ERP environments Proven experience delivering at least one full ERP implementation Strong understanding of finance-focused ERP modules Advanced SQL and Excel skills Experience with API integrations, data mapping, and reconciliation Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems thinking capabilities Effective communicator with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders Personal and Professional Attributes A hands‑on professional comfortable working across systems, data, and strategy Someone who brings structure, clarity, and technical depth to complex environments A proactive problem solver who can drive efficiency, governance, and innovation A collaborative team player who can operate across regions and functions What is in it for you.
