Lifestyle Manager – Johannesburg, Gauteng - Salary: R17,500 – R25,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Commission Role Overview A client-facing, service-driven role providing high-level lifestyle and administrative support within a luxury lifestyle management environment. This position is ideal for a highly organised, polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about delivering seamless, personalised service to high-net-worth members. Key Responsibilities Member Service & Lifestyle SupportManage member requests via email, telephone, and CRM systems in line with SLAs Deliver personalised, high-touch lifestyle management services Act as first point of contact for the Johannesburg office Manage requests from initiation through to successful completion Ensure consistently high levels of member satisfaction and service delivery Administrative & Operational SupportProvide administrative support to Senior Management and Lifestyle Managers Extract and analyse CRM data for reporting and operational use Maintain accurate member databases and contact records Ensure compliance with internal procedures and data protection standards (including PCI DSS) Content, Research & CommunicationSupport Brand Relations Manager with research and newsletter preparation Assist with events listings and supplier database updates Contribute to internal communications and operational updates Events & Brand RepresentationAttend and support company events when required Assist with event execution and guest engagement Represent the brand professionally as an ambassador General ResponsibilitiesWork independently and collaboratively within a team Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all tasks Handle confidential information with discretion Remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure Minimum Requirements Background in customer service, guest relations, personal assistance, or lifestyle management Experience with VIP or executive-level clients advantageous Exposure to luxury travel, hospitality, or premium service environments preferred Strong understanding of high-end client expectations Key Competencies Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong organisational and time-management ability Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure Confident, proactive, and solution-driven mindset Strong CRM and IT systems proficiency (MS Office and similar platforms) Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism and polished presentation Ability to work independently and take initiative Calm and effective under pressure Working Style Fast-paced luxury environment Team-focused but with strong individual accountability For more details on this role and to apply, contact me today!
