Help customers make the best possible purchases by providing advice, guidance, and top-quality customer service. Support customers by fulfilling placed orders and processing payments in person. Respond promptly and effectively to customer complaints and requests. Advise customers on suitable substitutes for dated, discontinued, or unavailable products. Report customer issues, supply shortages, and inferior products to management immediately. Engage with customers and ensure any special instructions are followed. Team Leadership & Service Delivery Ensure on‑time delivery of all customer orders and timely submission of related documents. Lead and supervise a team to provide flawless service delivery to our customers daily. Support the team on special projects to maintain operating efficiency and growth. Resolve escalated customer complaints and provide continuous feedback on unresolved customer queries.
