Kitchen Management: Assist the Head Chef in managing stock, prep lists, and maintaining a high-pressure, high-reward kitchen environment. Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in a fine-dining or high-end boutique hotel kitchen. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team during a fast-paced morning service.
