What You'll Be Responsible For: Owning paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok Continuously improving campaign performance across key metrics including CTR, CPA, CPC, and ROAS Managing and pacing budgets to ensure spend efficiency and maximum return Testing and optimising ads, audiences, and landing pages through structured experimentation Producing clear and meaningful performance insights for internal stakeholders Staying on top of platform changes, new features, and paid media best practices Partnering with creatives and content teams to ensure messaging consistency and impact What We're Looking For: 2–5+ years’ experience managing paid digital campaigns Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager Practical experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualisation tools Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks Excellent attention to detail, strong time management, and resilience under pressure #J-18808-Ljbffr
