About the Role: The Platform Engineering Lead serves as the technicalbackbone of our Platform Support team. In this role, you will combine yourpractical engineering experience with deep technical expertise in our APPPlatform to ensure high-quality client implementations and foster technicalexcellence within the team. Working closely with our Analytics and Risk Subject Matter Experts(SMEs), you will play a critical role in translating operational assetknowledge into meaningful platform outcomes for our clients. PleaseNote: This is a hands-on, high-impact technicalrole focused on problem-solving, implementation excellence, and qualityassurance rather than people management. Key Responsibilities Platform Configuration & ClientImplementation Leadtechnical platform configuration during client onboarding andimplementation phases. Configureand validate SCADA data ingestion, asset structures, componenthierarchies, inspection data, analytics outputs, and risk models. Identifyand resolve configuration and data quality issues prior to clientdeployment. Actas the core technical counterpart to client engineers duringimplementation projects. Supportclient training and drive the adoption of platform outputs andrecommendations. Escalatesoftware defects to the development team via our ticketing system andassist in troubleshooting root causes. Technical Quality Assurance Reviewand quality-assure work completed by Platform Support Technicians. Ensureconfiguration inputs, data capture processes, and platform outputs meetrigorous company standards. Develop,maintain, and optimize technical review processes and implementationstandards. Identifytechnical capability gaps and recommend improvements to training,documentation, and processes. Applypractical knowledge of power generation assets, reliability, maintenance,inspections, and asset performance management. Interpretoperational data and ensure its accurate representation within theplatform environment. Providecontinuous implementation feedback to Analytics and Risk SMEs to improveplatform outputs and maximize client value. Developand maintain implementation standards, technical guides, and configurationdocumentation. Documentclient-specific configurations and decisions to support businesscontinuity and knowledge sharing. Contributeto the continuous improvement of support processes, platform adoption, andtechnical delivery. Education: Bachelor’s Degree inMechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronic, Reliability, or a relatedEngineering discipline. Experience: Approximately 5 years ofengineering experience within power generation, industrial, renewableenergy, or related asset-intensive environments. Site Experience: Practical, site-based experience working with operational assets,maintenance, inspections, reliability, or performance improvementinitiatives. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail and acommitment to technical accuracy. Tech Savviness: Ability to quickly learn,master, and navigate complex software platforms and technical systems. Communication: Strong interpersonalskills with the confidence to engage and consult with technical clientstakeholders. Logistics: Valid driver’s licence andaccess to a personal vehicle.
