Our client, a dynamic player in the fast-growing world of bold, premium beverage brands, is seeking a National Brand Manager to join their team in Cape Town. In this key role, you will lead brand strategy, drive sales performance, and expand direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels across South Africa. You’ll play a central role in accelerating market growth, activating trade channels, and scaling brand visibility nationwide. Responsibilities Include:Deliver volume growth via key account strategy and distributor collaboration Launch and optimise our national e-commerce / DTC platform Execute brand plans and localise global campaigns with impact Own trade marketing, activations, and ROI-led promotions Develop and motivate distributor teams on brand positioning Provide market insights and performance reporting to leadership Qualifications and Experience: 5-7 years' experience in FMCG or beverage-alcohol brand/sales management Proven results in national account leadership and e-commerce execution Strong grasp of SA's on/off-trade and distributor environments Digitally fluent, analytical, and entrepreneurial Please do not apply if you do not meet the requirements.
