Finance Manager – FP&A | Manufacturing | Multinational This is a senior FP&A leadership role within a chemical manufacturing environment , operating as part of a US?based multinational group . The role owns local and regional FP&A while partnering closely with the MD and Group Finance. Role Purpose To lead Financial Planning & Analysis, providing high?quality forecasting, commercial insight, and multinational reporting that supports operational decision?making and aligns with RPM group requirements. Reporting Line Direct: Managing Director Dotted line: Regional / Group Finance Key Responsibilities Own annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long?range plans Deliver monthly & quarterly management reporting and variance analysis Prepare and submit multinational reporting packs (USD reporting, strict group deadlines) Act as lead business partner to MD and operational leaders Translate manufacturing data (costs, margins, inventory, volume) into insightSupport working capital management (inventory, AR, AP) Build robust financial models for scenario planning and strategic initiatives Ensure alignment with group controls, policies, and reporting standards Lead and develop FP&A capability within the finance function Non‑Negotiable Requirements CIMA or Management Accounting (Hons) 10–12+ years senior finance experience Proven FP&A leadership in a manufacturing environment Exposure to chemical / industrial / FMCG manufacturing Multinational or regional group reporting experience Strong ERP, AI, BI and advanced Excel capability Ideal Candidate Profile Commercially minded, not purely accounting?focused Comfortable in complex, fast?paced manufacturing operations Confident engaging at MD / Exco level Able to operate independently within a matrix organisation #J-18808-Ljbffr
