Our client, a leading food and beverage manufacturer, seeks an enthusiastic Brand Strategy and Product Lead to join their dynamic team, who can start Immediately or as soon as possible at their offices in Rosebank. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH CONSUMABLES / FMCG TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE (NON-NEGOTIABLE). Job Purpose: This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role. You will be responsible for the end-to-end success of our internal brand portfolio. You aren’t just managing a brand; you are “CEO” of the brand’s market fit. Your mission is to bridge the gap between our manufacturing capabilities and the actual needs of the modern consumer. Requirements: Grade 12 Diploma or BSC degree in Marketing 5+ years in Brand Management, Product Marketing, or Growth Marketing (CPG or Supplement experience is a significant plus). Comfortable using data to drive decisions; proficiency with Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and Ad Managers Experience working in a fast-paced environment where you must manage multiple brands with different lifecycles Exceptional copywriting and presentation skills to align internal stakeholders and external consumers Own transport Duties include, but are not limited to: Market Identification & Definition Product-Market Fit & Innovation Messaging & Narrative Construction Iterative Testing & Data Validation – Run “lean startup” experiments using social media and paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok) to test messaging before full-scale launches Multi-Channel Marketing Strategy Define the strategic purpose of the online presence for each brand P&L Management & Profitability New Opportunity Development & GTM Playbook Market & Product Validation Scalable Roll-Out Strategy Portfolio Expansion #J-18808-Ljbffr
